I work with couples and individuals who feel conflicted and disconnected in their relationships, either within themselves or with others. I assist clients with transforming recurring patterns to create healthier ways of relating and achieve understanding, kindness, and connection.

I view problems from a relating perspective and explore interaction patterns to address dynamics that contribute to you feeling stuck. I take an integrative approach that combines strategies from emotional focused therapy, internal family systems, the Gottman Method, and relational life therapy. We’ll work at a pace that is most comfortable to you.
