My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been in a person-centered career focus. My early work in child development and education centered on supporting children, parents, and teachers. Continued professional and life experiences deepened my desire to help people and families be the strongest, healthiest they can be across all systems.

My goals for you

Goals are client-driven and are set through communication between the client and therapist. These goals should be both short-term and long-term and attainable. Clients' goals may change during the course of counseling as they gain a greater understanding of themselves, others, and the world around them.

Our first session

First sessions are usually information gathering so I can get to know you and understand what you are looking for. This is a time to begin building the therapeutic relationship.
