I love working with pregnant and parenting mothers as well as children of all ages. Parenting is tough, and having someone to work through the hard stuff with can be very helpful. I am passionate about supporting both parents and children through their challenges.
My focus
I am passionate about working with prenatal and postpartum parents and those with young children (biological, foster, and adoptive). I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, and a variety of parenting challenges. I am a parent and foster parent and have over 20 years of experience working with families.
My approach
I get to know each client and we figure out together the best treatment modality. I focus on attachment, processing, and mind-body somatic therapy. I draw from a variety of approaches to best treat each individual.
