I love working with pregnant and parenting mothers as well as children of all ages. Parenting is tough, and having someone to work through the hard stuff with can be very helpful. I am passionate about supporting both parents and children through their challenges.
My focus
I specialize in working with prenatal and postpartum parents and those with young children, including biological, foster, and adoptive families. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, tough behaviors, and the overall stresses of life and parenting.
My approach
I get to know each client and we figure out together the best treatment modality. I focus on attachment, processing, and mind-body somatic therapy. I draw from a variety of approaches to best treat each individual.
