Hi there, I'm Nicole!

I have experience that includes outpatient counseling, inpatient psychiatric care, and services in hospitals and emergency rooms. I am also currently a student, working toward becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner.

I work with adults 18 and older and have experience treating emotional dysregulation, mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.

We will work together to explore your life story and identify experiences, thoughts, and perceptions, and any barriers to you living your best life, and find ways to overcome them.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been a natural caregiver and drawn to the caregiving professions. I believe that my life experiences have developed me as a mental health professional and an individual, and that I can use those to help guide others on their path.

I primarily use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and the numerous tools that are provided within that framework.
