My approach
My primary counseling approach is person-centered therapy that will build and form a unique alliance. This is done by listening unconditionally with a deeper concern for the client's problem. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to identify unhealthy thoughts/ patterns to reduce or extinguish anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation.
