Because we all need a little help navigating life's challenges. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a dedicated family man, I've committed my career to empowering individuals, couples, and families to overcome life's challenges and achieve their goals.

My focus

My ideal client is anyone who is ready for change and is seeking the support of a trained and passionate therapist to assist in doing so.

My approach

I specialize in virtual and community-based therapeutic services for individuals, families, and couples: addressing trauma, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, men's issues, autism spectrum disorder, and eating disorders, to name a few. My clinical style is rooted in the person-centered approach, where the client is always first.

My communication style is based on actively listening to my clients. The tone is set based on my clients needs in the moment and at that time.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began in 2007, working with teens and their families who experienced trauma in a residential setting. Since then, I've pursued higher education and gained extensive experience in the Hospital setting with various psychiatric diagnoses. My experience has shown me that every individual has the potential to effect positive change.

My goals for you

I help my clients reach their goals by therapeutically walking along the path with them until the desired/ set goals are realized.

Our first session

First sessions are always about getting to know my clients in a therapeutic way while establishing rapport. Humor and a light-hearted approach, when therapeutically appropriate, are oftentimes a part of this process.
