Hi there, I'm Salwa!

I have worked with a variety of individuals and specialize in working with adults who are struggling with ADHD, relationship issues, adjustment and life transitions, family problems, and issues related to culture/identity. I aim to foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment for meaningful change.

My focus

Some clients are seeking concrete skills, while others are seeking exploratory or process-based sessions. Neither is right or wrong, and I find that therapy is the most beneficial when clients are open and ready to create change in their lives while I support them through that process.

My approach

I use a direct, open, and collaborative approach. Treatment is not manualized or one-size-fits-all, and I spend time at the onset of our work together learning about and exploring what would work best for you.
