Starting therapy, especially the first time, is intimidating. I am committed to this process and will provide a warm, caring, non-judgmental environment for us to begin a therapeutic relationship. I work with a variety of issues and will collaborate with you to find the right solutions to move your life forward in a positive direction.
My focus
My focus is always on my clients; what is best for them. If I am not familiar with a technique, and if I believe it will be beneficial to you, I will research and become competent in the tools that will guide you to where you want to be. If a referral to another specialist is appropriate, I will not hesitate to bring another professional on board.

I strive first to understand, then to provide tools and techniques to help you achieve the results you seek for a more authentic life. We will try a variety of techniques to find the right fit, with a little dose of humor when appropriate. Therapy can be hard, and you will receive a lot of compassion and grace as you go through this process.
