Hi there, I'm Deborah!

With over 20 years of experience, I want to help adults and couples with life changes, making decisions, improving relationships, as well as helping with mental health concerns. Life changes catch you off guard, and to adjust to the new situation, you just need support. Whatever the situation, this may be your present, but it is not your future.

My focus

My client focus is on motivated individuals 18-65 years old and couples. There is hope and help. Although counseling is a process, it is well worth the time and effort. In my office, there is safety to talk about your issues, fears, or secrets. There is never judgment, and you are in control. I would love to help you.

My approach

The first session is the intake. Once your goals are identified, we will agree on the treatment plan. The focus of your counseling may include life transition, depression, anxiety, grief & loss. This could be one or a combination of CBT, DBT, MI, EMDR, and Neurofeedback to progress towards your goals.
