Hi there, I'm Deborah!

Greetings! Many people struggle with how they see themselves and how they move through the world. It’s common to carry the belief that change should happen on your own — and that needing support somehow means you’re weak or that something is wrong. I don’t see it that way.

My focus

My focus is individual adults and couples who are facing a variety of challenges. Anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues, grief/loss, and life transitions.

My approach

Healing happens in connection, and counseling offers a space to understand your past and strengthen your confidence in your future. I utilize CBT, EMDR, and Neurofeedback as just three of my methods. I provide you with the opportunity to improve, adjust, and balance your life. The focus of your counseling will be whatever is most important to you.
