I'm passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and increasing access for all. Unfortunately, myths and stigma prevent many people from getting the assistance they need. My clients are commonly dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and trauma.
My focus
I work with individuals aged 12 and up, as well as couples and families, to address concerns like anxiety, depression, ADHD, history of trauma, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and life transitions.
My approach
I approach therapy with a non-judgmental ear to listen and learn what is going on for my clients. I use a client-centered approach with strength-based techniques to tailor treatment to each individual. I encourage clients to try out new approaches, behaviors, and responses to have more control over their lives and situations.
