I specialize in providing an inclusive and trauma-informed space for individuals and couples wanting to explore gender and sexuality, concerns with regulation or direction in life, and learning to meet the self at its current state.

My focus

Are you someone who is struggling to connect with yourself or find direction in life? Do you want more support around identity and self-discovery? Is your relationship struggling or feeling as though the spark has faded? I'd be happy to support you with these concerns and more through individualized care and session goals.

My approach

I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients work through trauma, adverse life experiences, anxiety, depression, and life's challenges. Additionally, I offer Sex Therapy to guide both individuals and couples through gender and sexuality support, relationship challenges, and holistic care.

I prioritize open and direct communication with gentle explorations during sessions. I offer clients patience and space to explore what is on their mind and heart. I aim to create a safer space with a lack of judgment, fostering a welcoming therapeutic alliance.
