Hi there, I'm Meredith!

I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.

My focus

I work with clients ages 12 and up who are struggling with a variety of concerns, specifically depression, anxiety, trauma, adoption issues, perinatal mental health, and substance use. I use a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-focused approach and utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to each client.

My approach

I provide virtual individual therapy services where I work alongside clients to empower and support them as they pursue their goals and active change in their lives. I seek to provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment in which my clients can explore the depths of who they are and the world in which they live.
