My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist grew from a desire to do meaningful work that makes a difference in people’s lives. I began my career working with children who had experienced trauma, which deepened my understanding of how life experiences can shape the way we think, feel, and connect with others.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by first understanding what they want to change and what may be getting in the way. Together, we identify realistic, meaningful goals and break them into manageable steps. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs and pace, using evidence-based approaches and practical strategies.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. I like to take time to connect and learn about you as a person. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you hope to work on, and what you would like to get out of therapy.
