I am a Clinical Social Worker trained at the University of Denver with extensive training and work using a trauma lens and developmental approach. I want to put your interests and desires first and foremost always. Trust is the first building element to building growth together.

I have worked with a wide range of people and am comfortable with those who are willing to participate in the process. I have found that embracing laughter is an antidote for many ailments. The past is like an elephant in the room that must be engaged at some point but the present is what heals and allows the future to beacon.
My approach
Growing up on a farm in a large family, marriage, raising children, and caring for pets have taught me responsibility and the importance of just being there sometimes. Creative activities have nurtured me, and I believe finding a passion builds a sense of Self. Together, I hope to help you start your journey forward.
