I am your safe place and space, grounded human connection. We begin in your "just-right" healing in the moment. I am honored to share in your healing journey! I am deeply-rooted in social work values, especially the importance of human relationships and dignity and worth-of-person. Accepting new clients today!

My focus

My main focus has been aging, adjustment issues, cognitive challenges, caregiving, medical issues, depression and anxiety, and chronic pain. All, honoring your abilities and strengths. I also support younger adults, trauma, treating clinicians, and reclaiming your personal power to be your best self.

My approach

I tailor my approach to you. We can navigate challenges with more balance and access more inner resources. Are you open to self-compassion, somatic, and mindfulness practices? These are among the most potentially healing. "Everything is figure-out-able".

My communication style

I am grounded and balanced. I prioritize clear, open communication to promote a safe, non-judgmental environment. I practice active/reflective listening and empathetic validation. You will have opportunities to process and explore your experiences with a strong empath.

My journey to mental healthcare

At the heart of my journey to becoming a therapist were my struggles and growth as a result. "Grow through what you go through". We humans have an amazing capacity for growth and change, plasticity. We were born with an innate ability to heal.

Perhaps you seek more clarity, increased confidence, and healthier ways to manage stress. This is organic, we can flow with it, so it is as meaningful and attainable to you as possible.

We begin to get to know one another with openness and curiosity. Questions are welcome; your sense of safety and trust are paramount. We begin to explore what brings you to therapy and how I may be a support and asset on your healing team. Our communication is paramount.
