Starting therapy can be challenging, and I'm here to make this step forward a positive one. I work with individuals struggling with substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, or grief who feel they've lost their sense of self. I provide a safe space to feel heard, gain support, and learn tools to create lasting change and move forward in life.

I combine gentle support with accountability and help you identify practical tools that build confidence and improve symptoms. I use a trauma-informed approach, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Grief work, and Mindfulness to tailor treatment to your needs.
