I work with individuals navigating mental health challenges and overall well-being, creating a space where you can focus on what matters most to you.

My focus

I work with a variety of clients who have a variety of different diagnoses. I like clients to understand that they are not their diagnosis and should be treated with respect and dignity, no matter what they are struggling with.

My approach

I use a variety of modalities when working with clients so that I ensure that I am meeting clients where they are and supporting clients in meeting their goals for themselves. Some of the modalities that I am trained in are ACT, DBT, CBT, Solution Focused, Strengths-based, and motivational interviewing.

My communication style

I work with clients in a virtual setting. I prefer clients who can be themselves and focus on what they need during the session. I always prefer that my clients take care of their needs and let me know what it is that they need during the session. If a client wants to drink water or eat during the session, then I say feel free.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been interested in supporting individuals who struggle with their mental health and overall well-being. I like to do this work because I enjoy watching people feel better and being able to work on themselves.

My goals for you

I meet clients where they are and help them achieve the goals that they have for themselves by checking in with them about their progress. I, also at times, will give the clients worksheets or assessments to take in between sessions to gauge the progress of the clients.
