I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, and addiction including alcohol, substances, and gambling. I specialize in co-occurring disorders and support individuals through life transitions. I also help midlife women questioning their relationship with alcohol or managing increased stress.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a provider was shaped by my experience of being impacted by addiction and my commitment to advocating for those affected by it. Addiction counseling is a core passion of mine, and I combine this with my social work expertise to support clients facing addiction alongside co-occurring mental health challenges.

Our first session

Your first session is primarily an intake assessment. We'll gather important background information to understand your history and current challenges. It's also an opportunity to build rapport and establish a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing. Together, we'll discuss your treatment goals.
