My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began with me growing up with a single mother and 3 older sisters. I grew up watching my mother abuse alcohol and drugs and being physically abused by her boyfriends. It has been such an honor to work with people over the years and watch them heal from trauma, achieve their life goals, become more positive about themselves.

Each session will be tailored to your needs, goals, and treatment plan. Reaching out for help requires courage, and I'm here to support you in achieving the life you want for yourself.

Our first session

In your first session with me, it is important to me that you feel relaxed and comfortable when talking with me. So I will take the first few minutes of the session to get to know you as a person. We will then take the majority of the session to talk about what is troubling you and what your goals are for therapy.
