I have a background in trauma, attachment, and animal-assisted interventions. I have worked with youth and their families in a therapeutic setting, conducting individual, family, and group counseling.

In general, I do most of my work with people addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, or substance use.
My approach
I enjoy exploring how to maximize the natural world and the existing supports in your life. I am a trained facilitator for Circle of Security, a parenting program, and I enjoy supporting parents from birth onwards. I am also well-versed in supporting people exploring issues around faith/religion, pet selection, and career exploration.
