Hi there, I'm Abigail!

You don’t have to carry everything on your own. I offer a compassionate, grounded space where healing from trauma feels possible, and change happens at your pace. Together, we’ll gently work toward clarity, relief, and a life that feels more connected and whole.

My focus

Throughout my career, I have gained experience in various areas, including childhood trauma, sexual violence, working with victims and perpetrators, and mental health. I specialize in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, boundary work, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy, and PTSD.

My approach

My therapeutic philosophy includes a holistic approach with several evidence-based interventions, including TF-CBT and EMDR. It is my goal for you to feel comfortable expressing yourself authentically in the space we share.
