My focus
I provide therapy both virtually and in-person, treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, disordered eating and body image issues, grief, and therapy specialized for older adults, and life transitions. I use multiple therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, person-centered approach, and solution-focused approach.
