I know starting therapy can be a big first step, whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or looking for a new therapist. I work to create a collaborative, welcoming space for you to explore your unique concerns and develop tools and identify changes to improve your life. I draw from extensive clinical experience in mental health.
My focus
My clinical focus is on individual adults, with a special focus on young adults aged 18-35, with mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, and stress. I have over 15 years of experience with young adult populations and presenting concerns. Additionally, I have special training in grief support.
My approach
I work collaboratively with each client to understand concerns and growth areas. I tailor my sessions to each individual client and draw from several approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Client-Centered, and mindfulness approaches.
