My focus
Life brings crisis, devastation, rejection, heartbreak, and seasons that feel hopeless. We face trauma, interpersonal breakdowns, attachment wounds, depression, grief, existential anxiety, and loss of stability. Yet even in these moments, together, we can reach beyond your pain, tap into your resilience, and begin restoring what's been wounded.

I draw from evidence-based modalities—including CBT, ACT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy—and use them flexibly, guided by both training and intuition, to meet you where you are.
