I provide welcoming, inclusive therapy to clients who have experienced sexual violence, trauma/PTSD, problematic sexual behaviors, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, and those involved in the foster care system.

My focus

I specialize in supporting children (ages 12+), teens, adults, and families looking to address depression, anxiety, and trauma, and how these challenges affect daily life. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space for folks of all identities and have experience working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and other marginalized communities.

I have over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life's challenges and work toward a brighter future. I use a supportive approach to clients' healing, and provide a listening ear to process anything life brings.

My journey to mental healthcare

I support adolescents and adults navigating life's challenges and working toward a brighter future. Clients are encouraged to be their authentic selves as we navigate the therapeutic journey together. I work from a trauma-informed family systems approach using EMDR, TF-CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and relational therapy.
