My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy through my fascination with the profound connection between mind and body in human experience. What drives me daily is seeing clients discover their inherent capacity for growth and transformation—moments when someone reconnects with their body's wisdom after trauma, or when a new perspective shifts a long-held pattern.

We regularly revisit and refine these goals, celebrating progress while remaining flexible to your evolving needs.
