My journey to mental healthcare

I've always loved helping others work through their issues and finding solutions. I continue to learn about new modalities that I can use in my therapy practice to better serve my clients.

My goals for you

We work on finding long-term goals that are attainable and then break those into short-term goals. We focus on keeping your motivation up to complete these steps and make meaningful progress toward your larger vision.

Our first session

During our first session, we'll get to know each other and create a treatment plan together. This will include the goals we have for future sessions and what you'd like to work on in therapy.
