My focus

I specialize in treating people with stress, trauma, and anxiety, with a particular focus on complex and sexual trauma. I have extensive experience providing trauma informed therapy and would love to be there you. I may not be the best fit for individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental health symptoms, including suicidal ideation.

My approach

My clients appreciate having a space where they feel heard and understood, while also being gently challenged when they get stuck. I specialize in providing CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) for adults, while integrating other models often for those working through trauma.
