I am a seasoned trauma-informed somatic psychotherapist (LPC). I believe trauma reveals our unbroken strength. Beneath awareness we are constantly determining what feels safe or threatening. By noticing and naming present moment experiences, we begin to build enough safety for you to share your story with me.

I practice Somatic Psychotherapy rooted in science, with a focus on deep healing and personal growth rather than just managing symptoms. The main methods are: Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, and Psychobiological Attachment-Based Couples Therapy.
