Helping others has always been part of who I am. With over 25 years in mental health, I've had the privilege of supporting people through challenges, building skills, and guiding them toward growth and a more fulfilling, balanced life.

I help clients reach their goals by combining practical strategies with insight and reflection. I collaborate with you to create personalized plans, build coping skills, and provide guidance and support, empowering you to navigate challenges and make meaningful changes in your life.

In our first session, we'll get to know each other, explore your goals, and discuss what's most important to you. I'll listen closely, ask questions to understand your needs, and begin to shape a personalized approach to support your growth and help you navigate challenges.
