I utilize a Cognitive approach focused on finding solutions to your struggles. My philosophy centers on Systems theory, which incorporates your family of origin and current relationship dynamics to create lasting change.

My style is informal and relaxed. You guide the conversation, and we work together to find solutions to what's bothersome. I also have a pretty good sense of humor.

My journey to mental healthcare

It started as a way to make a difference in people's lives. After working as a counselor, I realized it's best to work with the interrelation aspect of the family system rather than just one individual, addressing how relationships shape our experiences.
