I work with individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. I'm especially comfortable supporting clients through complex life transitions and emotional overwhelm. I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds, including those who are neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment-based therapy, and trauma-informed care.
