My name is Martha, and I look forward to the chance to work with you! I am specialized in working with individuals across the life span and gender spectrum who are struggling with suicidal ideation. I feel incredibly lucky to have found a profession that allows me to use my skills in empathy, confrontation, and communication to help others.
My focus
I focus on individuals struggling to cope with difficult emotions associated with anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. We will identify the roots of your emotional disturbance and discover novel ways to safely express and make informed choices that lead to life satisfaction.
My approach
No one spends more time with you than you do. I combine my educational background and clinical expertise with your own experience. I show up authentically in session so that positive relational experiences form the foundation of our work together. My first goal is to create a safe space for you to express your most uncomfortable emotions.
