I primarily specialize in adults and adolescents with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I have specialized training in addiction and substance use as well.

My approach

I offer a humanistic, client-centered, emotion-focused approach to identify and alleviate painful emotions. I am also trained in CBT interventions to support healing through collaboratively identifying and implementing coping strategies that are as unique as you are.

I provide a warm atmosphere focused on genuine concerns and an open mind to walk beside you through any issues you are facing, large or small.
