Hi there, I'm Lori!

I have 26 years of experience guiding somatic practices like yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. My degree from Naropa is in Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy, and I will often meet my clients outdoors in a natural setting.

My focus

My ideal clients may be going through life transitions or struggling with relationship issues and seeking support for this stage. I offer presence, compassion, and gentle challenges for my clients to expand and grow into their authentic path.

My approach

My approach to therapy is client-centered, compassion-focused, and uses motivational interviewing. Upon request, we can meet outdoors and walk/talk or sit and ground in nature as needed. I love working somatically and helping clients access their intuition and deeper body wisdom.
