I'm a therapist who combines years of experience with a naturally easygoing approach that makes even the heavy stuff easier to talk about. Therapy should not be a dreaded chore. My practice is a judgment-free zone where we’ll work together to navigate life’s messes (large and small) using insight, reflection, and occasionally some humor.

I specialize in working with clients who have a specific issue (depression, stress, anxiety, etc) and are interested in uncovering how thoughts and patterns can have an impact on those issues. I also specialize in working with those feeling judged, marginalized, and made to feel less than. I do my work to help you feel in charge of your life.
My approach
My approach to care is integrative. Our sessions are based on what you need in the moment. I blend styles from different frameworks. I might use CBT for structure, Psychodynamic for deep dives into the past, or Mindfulness for grounding. I also incorporate your feedback in our sessions because I see it as an important part of your personal growth.
