Hi there, I'm Rebecca!

If you're here, something has probably shifted. Maybe you've experienced a loss, feel stuck in past trauma, are in the midst of a major life change, or simply don't feel like yourself anymore. I’m a LAC and a LPCC who helps women, including trans women, find steadier ground and move forward.

My focus

I often work with women who are carrying a loss, feeling stuck in the aftermath of something difficult, or navigating a transition that has changed how they see themselves. This may include grief after losing someone or a beloved pet, divorce, career changes, identity shifts, or the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause or HRT.

My approach

I’m a holistic, trauma-informed therapist who sees you as a whole person through a Jungian lens. We’ll build a foundation of emotional regulation using ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, then tailor deeper work to you. Depending on your needs, this may include EMDR, art therapy, or shadow work. I also make space for spirituality and meaning-making.
