Hi there, I'm Constance!

I believe that no matter who a person is, what they have been through, or where they have come from, change can be created and in turn, a better world. Resilience can be developed at any stage in life and is one of the greatest tools that you will ever have.

My focus

I have worked with a diverse population in community behavioral health, as well as forensics and crisis management. I am comfortable in treating many individuals with behavioral health and/or substance use disorders.

My approach

I utilize a positive, holistic approach using tools from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These techniques are used on an individual basis to tailor treatment that is most effective.

My communication style

I tend to have an open and honest dialogue that is calm in nature. We will create a safe space to allow positive change to happen.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have learned through my work that behavioral healthcare is designed to empower individuals, increase self-respect and respect for others, promote health and wellness, and address challenges to improve the quality of life! This knowledge has driven me in my career as I have seen individuals grow to thrive.

My therapeutic approach is goal-oriented, and I work closely with clients to establish clear and achievable goals. The journey to achieving goals may feel intimidating at first, but we will tackle each step together.

Our first session

During your first session, we will spend some time getting to know each other. You can expect to be asked about your concerns and some background information. We will discuss expectations for therapy, review informed consent documents, and generally get a sense of what you are looking to achieve and develop a game plan on how to get there.
