I am a seasoned Clinical Social Worker who has worked in many clinical settings over the past twenty years. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.

I am skilled at working with teens, young adults, and families, but also enjoy working with couples and older adults. With a rich history of serving younger clients in residential settings, wilderness environments, and outpatient clinics, I feel especially qualified to engage and earn young people's buy-in to the therapy process.
My approach
I am an attachment-narrative therapist who believes our understanding of our family of origin experiences and the "attachment patterns" that evolved as a result of those experiences is highly instructive within one's therapy. The story of one's life and how one interprets that story, I can provide deep insight into one's individual experiences.
