Hi there, I'm Sallie!

Many of us carry stories or patterns that once helped us cope but now get in the way of living fully. You may be navigating grief, trauma, addiction, or longing for clarity and steadier ways of being. I specialize in supporting clients through these challenges with compassion and evidence-based care alongside my therapy dog, Gloria.

My focus

I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, and depression. I am especially comfortable supporting those with complex trauma, substance use, and co-occurring challenges. My focus is on helping clients build coping skills, uncover strengths, and reconnect with values that support lasting change.

My approach

My approach is collaborative, steady, and tailored to each client. I draw from CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-focused methods such as EMDR and the Flash Technique. I often integrate narrative and strengths-based perspectives, always through an attachment lens.
