My communication style

I offer a warm, safe, judgment-free space where you are the expert on your life. My goal is to listen and help you discover the strength and wisdom you already possess. Sessions are designed so you feel truly understood, and not rushed. I won't "sugarcoat" things, but always speak with kindness and respect centered on empowering you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to the resilience of the human spirit and find hope even in the darkest moments. Throughout my career, I've specialized in working with populations that many overlook. I was drawn to this work because I believe that everyone, regardless of past mistakes or circumstances, deserves compassionate, evidence-based care.

My goals for you

Authenticity-I'm real with you. I'll share observations, ask hard questions, and celebrate your wins. Flexibility-No two sessions are the same. We'll adjust based on what you need that day. Empowerment-My goal is to help you build skills and confidence so you don't need me forever. Therapy is about growth, not dependence. This is a collaboration.
