Hi there, I'm Connie!

I enjoy lifting others up and helping them discover their own worth and believe in themselves. I seek to help others discover meaning in their lives and find peace of mind. There is nothing better than lying your head down at night, and enjoying the peace of mind that comes with understanding yourself and finding purpose in your journey.

My focus

I specialize in youth and young adults and can help you find your way and lean into your true self. Trauma can keep us stuck in life, and we can work together to process and build new skills and thinking patterns. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, boundaries, and self-esteem.

My approach

It can be difficult to be human! No one tells us how to handle conflict, relationships, and self-care. I use evidence-based strategies to help with anxiety, depression, autism, trauma, relationships, divorce, ADHD, building boundaries and self-esteem, and women's issues. Just a little attention to our thought processes can be very powerful.
