Compassionate therapeutic services for individuals and families. I am straightforward and down to earth, and through Summer Cares Therapy, you can find strength and meaning in your relationships, your career, and within yourself.

My focus

I offer a variety of counseling services to meet the unique needs of my clients. I also offer specialized services for issues such as parenting, anger management, and grief and loss.

My approach

I use a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with our clients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan. We also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.

My communication style

I enjoy a collaborative communication style. I am an active listener and love to give and receive feedback. I am direct and compassionate in my approach.

My journey to mental healthcare

My therapy journey could be viewed as a board game. Lots of choices and obstacles led me to become a stronger therapist. Through working with various populations, I learned about culture and my goals, which led me to private practice. I have always been approachable and easy to talk to, which created a lifelong career goal of helping others.
