At the heart of therapy is a strong relationship. I get to know you and what is important in your life. Together, I utilize my decades of teaching experience to walk alongside you as your guide toward change.

My journey to mental healthcare

After decades of teaching adolescents and adults, I learned that the most valuable conversations were not happening in the classroom. I went back to school to become a therapist to help people learn about their mental health and what they can do to create the life they want.

My goals for you

We will create measurable steps to take toward your goals. When setbacks occur, we will examine them gently to understand what needs are arising in these moments and how to continue to move forward.

Our first session

During our first session, we will build a relationship through lighthearted conversation and a caring connection. I will try to understand what you are going through by learning about your unique experience. We will then set goals toward the change you are looking to make.
