Starting therapy can feel overwhelming- especially if you're used to holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. My goal is to work with those that're curious about themselves and open to exploring your internal experiences.

In working with adults struggling with anxiety, PTSD, depression, or trauma symptoms, together we'll build coping skills and create a plan for growth that feels obtainable and realistic.
My approach
I work with adults across all stages of their life experiences, but have specialized training in recovery from substances, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation, and life stressors, including grief and loss, relationship troubles, anxiety, and depression. I strive to create a therapeutic environment rooted in safety, authenticity, and compassion.
