My journey to mental healthcare

I was always drawn to the field of adolescent mental health, and as I progressed professionally, I have developed a strong interest and a robust skill set working with adults, families, and couples.

My goals for you

I support clients in achieving their goals through a joint planning and problem-solving process. I help clients to work on skill development, identify coping strategies, and build confidence for change.

Our first session

Our first session will be focused on establishing a therapeutic relationship. It is my job to listen and understand what brings you to therapy and to explore next steps. It is important that you feel the fit between client and therapist is right for you.
