I work well with trauma and with addictions, and I specialize in working with intimacy issues/sex therapy. I approach work with clients using body-centered and Jungian therapy, which incorporates a person's mind, body, spirit, and emotions in the process. This approach helps people to remove the blocks to find satisfaction in their lives.
My approach
My philosophy is very Jungian-based. I believe that life is about consciousness, balance, and relationship. We heal and grow by shining the light on the darkness instead of avoiding it. The method of treatment used is a combination of somatic-based, mental-based, and spiritual-based treatment.
