Hi there, I'm Jennifer!

Therapy is a deeply personal process that can be difficult and profound. I look forward to helping you begin healing, change, recovery, or self-exploration. I work from a psycho-dynamic approach utilizing psychotherapy, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, family systems, and relapse prevention.

My focus

Have you felt overwhelmed and not sure where to start? I have experience working in outpatient and inpatient settings, with a broad range of people. I look forward to discussing a plan specific to each person.

My approach

Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or more, I welcome the opportunity to help you achieve your goals. I am trained in EMDR, seeking safety trauma model, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I truly believe in the 'right fit' in finding a therapist. This is as important as the treatment itself.
